Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs and SADA Global Delivery Center Sign Memorandum of Cooperation

 

YEREVAN, ARMENIA (November 18, 2021) – On November 17, the RA Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs and SADA Global Delivery Center entered into a memorandum of cooperation. It was signed by High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan and Chairman of the Board and co-founder of SADA, Hovig Safoian.

The purpose of the memorandum is to attract Diaspora talent in the development of the Armenian economy, to secure stable jobs for highly qualified repatriated professionals, and to expand the involvement of Diaspora Armenian specialists in the fields of business, innovation, and technological services. The company has additionally agreed to support the Office in mobilizing Diaspora talent in the digitization field and in making cloud technology innovations widely used in Armenia. 

 

High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan noted the importance of this partnership with the globally recognized SADA center. “I have known about SADA for many years, and I have always been proud to hear about the global success of this Armenian-owned cloud technology services provider. I am even more proud that the company established a global supply office in Armenia this year and that we have the opportunity to work more closely and substantively with them in our homeland. The Armenian Diaspora is a source of endless professional talent, and I am confident that we can direct that potential to Armenia with such partnerships,” noted Mr. Sinanyan in his remarks.

 

“The demand for SADA’s services in the global IT world is growing rapidly, so we have announced that, here in the global delivery  center in Armenia, we are seeking engineering talent from all over the world.  We are ready to hire qualified Armenian engineers who meet our standards, without any quantitative restrictions. We will moreover assist them in relocating to Armenia. I am excited to partner with the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs to assist in sourcing new talent.,” said Hovig Safoian, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SADA.
