YEREVAN, June 4. /ARKA/. Armenia’s security services will come out soon with a statement about the disclosure of a high treason case during last autumn war in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today at a meeting with residents of the town of Ararat.

According to him, the suspect is not a career military- he was commander of a unit composed of volunteer and also an agent of the Azerbaijani special services.

“His name is known. He provided the enemy with information about the location of the Armenian armed forces in Hadrut. The National Security Service has already arrested this man,” Pashinyan said.

Pashinyan said during the war there were recorded cases when military units with warehouses full of weapons were abandoned by the Armenian military.

“We have yet to get answers to all these questions,” he added.
