Today Dutch Parliament ‘Tweede Kamer’ has adopted a motion expressing the urgency of a permanent settlement for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. This should ensure an enduring security for the Armenian population and a process leading to peace and to a status for Nagorno Karabach offering security for the Artsakh. The motion also requests the government to make an effort for this settlement through the OSCE Minsk Group.
