Brussels, 23 June 2020 - AGBU Europe is pleased to invite you to a public Live Webinar with world class Armenian thought leaders on July 4, 2020 at 15:00 CET.
To be a successful leader in today's fast-changing and unpredictable world has never been so challenging. What are the skills required to achieve this position and what can we learn from the Armenian experience?
Moderated by Armen Ovanessoff, Principal Director at Accenture, the webinar will explore three dimensions of leadership: leading the self, leading others and leading organizations.
Ruben Vardanyan, co-founder of the Aurora Humanitarian Initiative, will introduce the first dimension of leadership: leading ourselves. Vardanyan will explore the importance of self-reflection, the notion of "personal trust building" and how being an Armenian may drive our desire to be pioneers.
To be a leader also means achieving goals through the effort of others. Senior Director at Harvard Business School, Ani Kharajian will share her insights on how to effectively lead others.
Finally, Ari Libarikian, Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company in New York and global leader of Leap, will share his experience in leading organizations. He will discuss digital disruption and other challenges of business leaders.
The Webinar takes place in the framework of the AGBU Goriz Leadership Development Prorgamme, which aims at identifying, training and providing professional support to the future global Armenian leaders.
The webinar is free and open to all. Access to the Q&A is however restricted to the participants of the Goriz 2020 programme.
