The EU and Council of Europe Programmatic Cooperation Framework is organising two high-level executive training sessions for Armenian and Moldovan mayors and senior local public officials. The sessions will focus on enhancing public governance and management in European cities and will take place in Vienna on 6-7 March (for representatives from Moldova) and 9-10 March (for representatives from Armenia).
